    Really good Service and Luxurious Amenities

    The staff were very good, from the seamless check-in to the attentive service in the Horizon Club lounge with delicious afternoon tea and cocktails. The beautiful king room with sea view was beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. Although I enjoyed the fantastic pool area, I felt the view from it could be enhanced to fully capture the beauty of the skyline.

    Nice hotel with its excellent wi-fi, relaxing spa, and helpful staff. On my first stay, they even assisted me with car service. I recommend enjoying the poolside snack bar. I'm coming back for Christmas!

    Not a bad place, this hotel however would unlikely bring many new fans to the Shangri-La brand and certainly challenge the loyalty of old ones, like myself. It is not a place 'to stay', but rather no-frills busyness hotel to sleep the night over. The staff on the hotel floors is generally beyond reproach. The problems lie with the managerial vision and attitude.

    I stayed two nights in a Beautiful King Room Sea View. The view was fine, especially at sunset. Staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of international dishes. I highly recommend this place for its overall experience 😊

    The service at the hotel is prompt and efficient. Clean and an absolutley wonderful hotel. Will continue to stay there during each visit to Dubai.

    The only things we didn't like was how expensive the hotel laundry service is and how over priced and very bad the room service food was.

    excellent location and thats it

    very expensive hotel in compare to what they offer, room services is extremly bad, in room dinner takes long time, i complained about a dirty carpet in the room and later they did call me one day after i checked out to tell me that they found a stain on the carpet and they have to detect from my visa,, i wont go back there
